This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Vandavasi to take the final report filed by the respondent Police on file in Crime No.74 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. The learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi has sent a report dated 05.10.2015, wherein he has stated that the final report filed by the Police in Crime No.74 of 2014 has been taken on file on 01.10.2015 and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.53 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi.
