Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to shift the petitioner's 5 H.P. Agricultural Service connection No.180-004046 from the well in S.F.No.761/3, to the petitioner well in S.F.No.743/5 and bore well in S.F.No.742 of Neriperichal Village, Tiruppur North Taluk, Tiruppur District for agricultural purpose by way of change over switch box facility by considering his application dated 23.10.2014.
3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3 so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 1 to 3 consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 1 to 3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
