ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st Page No.1 of 4

and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17293 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25511 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25511 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17293 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25511 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024 is relaxed.
