sixty eight thousands four hundred and eighty nine and fifty five paisa only) being the refund of the earnest money 5% deposits made, upon completion of the various contractual works assigned to him, at Chennakuppam, within a time limit to be specified by this Court with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date on which the amount become due till the date of realization.
