The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to transfer O.A.No.2342 of 2003 in Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal to this Court and to renumber it as writ petition. 2.The Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal has already been abolished and all the cases pending before the same has been transferred to this Court. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered as nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
