(CRIME NO.25 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.918 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18417 of 2021 order dated 31.01.2022. "The Petitioner shall report before the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders and also appear before the commissioner regularly.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.918 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18417 of 2021 on 31.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and fifteen of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the Commissioner regularly.
