O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner on 28.11.2024 against the order passed by the second respondent dated 25.09.2024, within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.J.Shanmuga Sundara Babu, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 28.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
