Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from interfering in peaceful living of the petitioner in the guise of order from Chief Minister to perform illegal arrest and also from harassing the Family, the staffs, the clients or the relatives of the petitioner illegally in the blanket of enquiry.
