ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.02.2022 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20 (b)(ii)(C) & 22(c) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.61 of 2022, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 12.02.2022, based on the secret information the respondent police have found the petitioner herein with possession of 1.570 litres of Ganja Oil and 12 LSD stamps without any valid license. Hence the complaint.
3. As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner/A1 herein was found in possession of 12 LSD Stamps and 1.570 litres of Ganja oil illegally, which is a commercial quantity and the petitioner had also failed to comply the condition as contemplated under Section 37 of NDPS Act.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
