This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned to' at the instance of the counsel for the petitioner.

2.This matter has been posted for reviewing the order passed by this Court on the ground that the name of the party has not been property stated in paragraph No.3.

3.Earlier similar rectification was done in R.A.No.38 of 2015 on 17.03.2015.

However, due to inadvertence, the error which has occurred in paragraph No.3 was not rectified.

4.Accordingly, in paragraph No.3, wherever the word 'High Court'

is used, it shall be read as 'respondent'.
