ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall appear report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4179 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3914 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3914 of 2025 of 2024 dated 17.02.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.4179 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3914 of 2025, dated 07.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu, once a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
