CMP No.11131 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner in CRP No.2467 of 2014. CMP No.11132 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner in the above CRP. CMP No.11134 of 2019 has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 4, who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner and rank them as the petitioners 2 to 4 in the above CRP.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing the aforesaid three petitions.

4. Accordingly, CMP Nos.11131 of 2019, 11132 of 2019, 11134 of 2019 are allowed, as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendments and list the CRP for final hearing on 26.06.2019. 11.06.2019 vsi2 http://www.judis.nic.in
