The Habeas Corpus Petition is allowed and the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in C.M.P.No.87/Bootlegger/2025(M1) dated 28.09.2025, is hereby set aside.

2. The detenu, viz., Selvi, W/o.Ponnusamy, aged 54 years, who is now confined in the Special Prison for Women, Coimbatore, is hereby directed to be set at liberty forthwith unless her presence is required in connection with any other case.
