O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the bail condition imposed by the trial Court against the petitioners in Para No.5(1) of the order in CMP.No. 937 of 2024, dated 27.03.2024 on the file of Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are hail from a poor family and they have migrated from the native place to Tamil Nadu seeking for job. He further submitted that they are working as a daily coolie and hence, the learned Counsel prays to modify the condition imposed by the trial Court against the petitioners herein.

4. Taking into above facts and circumstances of the case, and the 2\5

submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is modified the condition imposed by the trial Court in C.M.P.No. 937 of 2024 by order dated 27.03.2024 is as follows:- "the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- each [Rupees Five Thousand Only] to the credit of Crime No. 121 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and In all other respects in C.M.P.No.937 of 2024, dated 27.03.2024 shall remain unaltered."
