This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners herein as the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent on record as respondents 2 to 4 in the in the above CRP.

2. It is seen from the records that the substituted service was effected and the proof of service was filed. Despite the names are printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the proposed respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list the Civil Revision Petition on 02.09.2020.
