ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 363, 307 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.140 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel regarding road accident, the petitioner along with other accused abused and assaulted the defacto complainant with wife, thereby he caused injuries. Hence, this complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence. He would further submit that he is a friend of the main accused/A1 and for that reason only, his name has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant with knife. He would further submit that the petitioner is having four previous cases and the investigation is pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the allegations and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is having four previous cases and also the fact that the investigation is pending and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
