(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are of the view. this is not a public interest litigation but a claim arising out of the easementary rights, which the petitioner states the private respondent is blocking. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings for enforcement of such easementary rights.
2.Writ Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
