This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to set aside the abatement in bringing the proposed respondents 2 to 4 as the Legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent on record as respondents 2 to 4 in the above CRP.

2. It is seen from the records that the substituted service was effected and the proof of service was filed. Despite the names are printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the proposed respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
