ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.04.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 336, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC and 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.2138 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused robbed gold jewels from the defacto complainant, abused him in filthy language and threatened to kill him. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that four cases are pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and four cases are pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
