This original petition coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.D.Sadhasivan, Advocate for the petitioners herein and upon reading the petition together with the Declaration of Willingness of 1.
K.V.Chandrasekaran and 2. C.Lalitha, the petitioners herein, accepting to be the parents of the minor above named, and the other exhibits therein referred to and upon perusing the evidence adduced therein and this court observing that the petitioners herein are fit and proper persons to take adoption of the female child and to be the parents of the minor female child, it is ordered as follows:- That 1. K.V.Chandrasekaran and 2. C.Lalitha, the petitioners herein, residing at No.17, Sivalingapuram, Tiruvallur, Pakkam Giramam, Chennai 602 024, be and are hereby appointed as the legal parents of the minor girl child K.C.Vedhya Varjitha, whose photograph is duly attested and annexed hereto.
2. That the minor girl child K.C.Vedhya Varjitha, shall be entitled to the legal status of a biological child with all the rights of succession and inheritance.
