O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further two weeks to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.8859 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020 on the file of the Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the anticipatory bail was granted on 17.06.2020 with certain conditions. But due to the reason that the third petitioner's name was wrongly mentioned in the said order and he also moved a petition for amendment, the petitioners were unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated period. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to execute the bail bond as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
