Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the modified condition imposed on the petitioners by this Hon'ble Court in para 4 of the order dated 13.08.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.10691 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.16154/2018 amely "to report before the respondent police monthly once (i.e) on every first Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.MOHAMMED RAFI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10691 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.16154 of 2018 on 13.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
