PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act to consider the petitioner's bail application on the very same day on his surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur in connection with Crime No.1181 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act to consider the petitioner's bail application on the very same day on his surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur in connection with Crime No.1181 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the offence punishable under SC/ST Act has been removed, since the victim belongs to MBC community.
3.Considering the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Petition with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application.
4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
