ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.8(b) the petitioner shall stay for some time at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3059 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3059 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a week, i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
