The limited prayer that is made in the writ petition is to dispose of the appeal that is said to have been filed as against the grant of legal heirship certificate.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General VIII appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that already enquiry is over and orders will be passed.

In view thereof, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.COLREV- COLR/18251/ 2024/A3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
