ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to issue patta for the land in Survey No. 495/32 to an extent of about 00.00.54.0 sq mt in Thennangudipalayam, Ayyanar Palayam, Attur Taluk, Salem District by disposing of the petitioners representation dated 15.12.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is the absolute owner of the property. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 15.12.2023 with a request for issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving 2/4

notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
