(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11234 of 2020 by its order dated 28.07.2020 on the file of the Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite lock down, she is regularly complying with the conditions. As she is residing at Arallonam Taluk, Vellore District and the respondent police station is at Walajapet, she has to travel long distance in order to comply the condition. Hence, she filed this petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly as imposed by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month, until further orders.
