2. The petitioner claims to the former military personnel served in the Central Industrial Security Force and he retired from service on 30.10.2008 and thereafter, he submitted an application to the fourth respondent for assignment of free agricultural lands under the Paramilitary personnel category and in this regard, he has also submitted a representation dated 18.11.2014 to the second respondent, who forwarded the same to the fourth respondent, vide memo No.O.Mu.25562/2014/L1 dated 04.12.2014 and since, he has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2014 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
