O R D E R

The petitioner is an employee of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation. The Corporation initiated disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner by charge memo dated 13.03.2009. The petitioner was ultimately dismissed from service by order dated 04.12.2009. The petitioner filed statutory appeal before the first respondent challenging the order passed by the second respondent. The said appeal is pending. The petitioner is due to retire in the normal course on 31.03.2015. The present request is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal on merits.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.12.2014 challenging the order passed by the second respondent on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 20.03.2015.
