ORDER
Today, when these matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the claim of the petitioners and ultimately rejected through proceedings in e/f/vz;/38436-$p4-2019=6, dated 30.12.2020. Thus, according to the learned counsel, the order of this Court has been complied with.
2. Denying the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there are 2/3
certain errors in the said proceedings passed by the respondent and hence, the petitioners made a detailed representation dated 09.03.2021 for rectifying the same, which was forwarded by the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Madurai Region, Madurai, who is the second respondent in Writ Petitions on 15.03.2021.
3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this contempt petitions are closed, with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representation and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
