Crl.M.P.No.7263 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5687 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner has to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m." in the order in Crl.O.P.No.5687 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
