This petition has been filed seeking to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.6647 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 by including the offence under Sections 329(4), 296(b), 115(2), 140(3), 308(2) and 308(3) of BNS of 2023 instead of under Sections 329(4), 365, 115(2), 140(3), 308(2) and 308(3) of BNS of 2023.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.6647 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 and issue fresh copy of the order.
