Crl.M.P. No.8159 of 2019 and Crl.O.P.No.135 of 2019 SUNDER MOHAN.J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 04.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.135 of 2019 to the effect that to permit the petitioner herein to deposit the entire arrears of maintenance of Rs.1,20,000/- in Crl.M.P.No.2806 of 2017 in M.C.No.08 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi, and on such deposit, direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi, to recall the warrant issued against the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the arrears of maintenance of Rs.1,20,000/- by way of demand draft to the 1st respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent acknowledges receipt of the said money.

4.It is open for the petitioner to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thoothukudi, stating the above facts and file a petition to recall the warrant issued against him.
