Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to possession notice issued dated 26/12/2014 in respect of the property situated at old Door No.42 New Door No.2 at Jayaram Chettiar Thottam, Vanarampettai, Pondicherry comprised in Ward "F"Block No.16, T.S.No.58, R.S.No.354/1pt, Cadastre No.206/2 pt, Patta No.169 in Village No.40, Pondicherry Revenue Village, Vanarampettai, Ulandai hamlet, Pondicherry Commune and Municipality, Pondicherry Sub R.D and Pondicherry R.D and quash the same and to direct the respondent to re-assess the loan account No.10831629723 of the petitioner by considering the loan amount repaid by the petitioner with costs.
