ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3639 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3639 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 is relaxed.
