(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.V.Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned standing counsel for respondent No.3

2. Encroachment is alleged by the petitioner.

3. The learned State Government Pleader submits that within one week, the land would be surveyed and upon survey, if any encroachment is found, immediate steps would be taken in accordance with law to remove the encroachment.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
