PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to measure the petitioner's land property in survey No.8/2B2 to an extent of about 18.83 cents and in survey No.9/2C to 1/5

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking to direct respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's online application dated 24.3.2025 wherein she is seeking to conduct a survey in respect of the properties in survey No.8/2B2 to an extent of about 18.83 cents and in survey No.9/2C to an extent of about 0.02 (0-4.50 Ares) cents in Sentharapatti Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District and for demarcation of boundaries.

3. The petitioner relies upon a partition-cum-release deed dated 05.11.2024 registered as doc.No.2727 of 2024 on the file of the Sub2/5
Registrar, Thammampatti. The petitioner also relies upon the pattas that stand in the names of her family members in patta Nos.1088 & 1089. The petitioner submitted an online application dated 24.3.2025 seeking to conduct a survey by paying necessary charges. However, the said application has not yet been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application of the petitioner dated 24.3.2025 and conduct a survey in the subject properties based on the title documents and the pattas that are relied upon by the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
