A2/947/CV/2010 dated 17.04.2011 as confirmed by the Order of the 1st respondent in Se.Mu. No.785/2011/E dated 26.08.2011 as confirmed by the order of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.8454/R1/2011 dated 3.6.2013 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service, back wages and other attendant benefits within a time limit as fixed by this Court.
