This petition is filed to condone the delay of 301 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the Award dated 05.02.2024 in M.C.O.P.No.933 of 2019 on the file of the Exclusive Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 301 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
