Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KRISHNASAMY CHINNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 24.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13536 of 2021 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 24.06.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. -sd/- 15/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
