Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent 1to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner, fifth and sixth respondents for surveying the lands and mark the boundaries for the lands comprised in S.Nos.782/1A1, 783, 785/1, 785/2 and 785/3 totally in an extent of 4.50 Acres situated at Paranji Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District belonging to the petitioner herein so as to enable the petitioner to remove the sugarcane crop in his land so as to enable the petitioner herein to carry out agriculture activity in the land belonging to the petitioner.

ORDER
The petitioner who has purchased the land alleging that the seller is disturbing to measure the land for harvesting the standing crops. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that complaint been taken as CSR and after enquiring the parties, the dispute is being a civil in nature closed the CSR. 2/4

It is for the petitioner to workout his remedy by approaching the appropriate revenue authority for measuring his land, if they are the title owners of the land. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
