ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No 379/24F2 in Patta No.4282 to extent of 0.00.80 Ares respectively situated at Keelaiyur Village, Ariyalur District and to fix its boundaries as per the registered sale deed in document number 1877/2023 dated 08.06.2023

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 08.06.2023 with a request to survey the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

second is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the petitioner's land in Survey No 379/24F2 in Patta No.4282 to extent of 0.00.80 Ares respectively situated at Keelaiyur Village, Ariyalur District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
