This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR pending investigation in Cr.No.2827 of 2006 on the file of the Inspector of Police, S-7 Madipakkam Police Station, Kancheepuram, District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Cr.No.2827 of 2006 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.995 of 2009 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and the case is posted for hearing on 07.12.2015.
