ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 10.07.2013 for transfer of Patta.
2. Heard Mr.C.Samadharama Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, She is the owner of the Plot No. 735 B, land in Survey No.389 measuring an extent of 2160 sq.ft in Azhinjivakkam Village, Kadambathur, Thiruvallur District, by virtue of a registered sale deed on 01.08.2011.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that, the petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 10.07.2013, for transfer the Patta in her favour. In the said representation, till date no steps has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

In the light of the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the representation made by the petitioner, the first respondent shall take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to the petitioner and other necessary parties and pass orders preferably within a period of twelve weeks therefrom.
6. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
