This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5058 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5058 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 is relaxed.
