ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a Civil Suit is pending between the parties and that being so, one Nandagopal, gave a false complaint before the second respondent and based on the same, the second respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioner and harassing him and hence, he requests to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that only based on the complaint given by one Nandagopal, for enquiry purpose, the petitioner was called and he was not subjected to any harassment.

4. If the complaint discloses any cognizable offence, the second respondent has to register a case and proceed in accordance with the law. Before registering the case, the second respondent should not call the petitioner to appear before him and unnecessarily harass him.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of.
