This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the above Criminal Revision .

2. Though notice has been served on the respondent and his name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the accompanying petition is accepted and the delay of 102 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned. The petition is ordered.
