Accordingly the defendants 1, 6 to 10, 24 to 27 and 33 to 35 are set exparte.

3.The orders of interim injunction passed in O.A.Nos.103 and 106 of 2016 are made absolute.

4.The Registry is required not to list the O.A.Nos.103 and 106 of 2016 again.

5.Post the matter on 21.02.2023 for framing issues.
