A.Nos.2238, 2239, 2240 & 2242 of in TOS.No.10 of 2016 P.B.BALAJI, J., These applications have been filed to re-open and recall the evidence of plaintiff/P.W.1 for the purpose of adducing evidence regarding the Will dated 06.09.2006 executed by late Madurai Muthu and Sale Deed dated 04.07.1960 in favour of Mariammal.

2.I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of these applications and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and the respondents in all these applications have no objection, these applications are ordered.

3.Post the suit on 10.06.2024 for recording evidence.
