With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking police protection for his property.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is revealed that the petitioner owns the property comprised in Survey No.277/10 situated at Ramaswamy 2/5

Street, Kizhkattalai Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District. There is obstruction from enjoying the said property at the hands of private parties. Instead of filing a suit against the person who is interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking police protection for his property.
